Shipping Policy
Marble Sink ships natural marble sinks, stone basins and marble tables. Stone products are heavy and require careful inspection, packing and handling before dispatch.
1. Order processing
In-stock items are prepared for shipment after order confirmation and payment approval. Custom or made-to-order items require additional production and preparation time. If your project has a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can review the timing.
2. Packaging
Each marble piece is inspected and packed with protective materials suitable for heavy stone goods. Large or fragile items may require reinforced packaging or freight-style handling.
3. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available or confirmed before dispatch for special shipments. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or local delivery conditions.
4. International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Delivery inspection
Please inspect the packaging and item immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, take photos before opening where possible. If the product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@custommarblesink.com with your order number and photos of the packaging, shipping label and product.
6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing an order. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, refused shipments or storage fees may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will share tracking details after shipment. Some freight or special-handling shipments may require direct coordination with the carrier.
