Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Marble Sink. We create and sell natural marble sinks, stone basins and marble tables. Because these products are heavy, fragile and often made or selected for a specific project, please review this policy before placing an order.
1. Return window
You may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for eligible standard, unused items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and in the original protective packaging whenever possible.
2. Custom and made-to-order items
Custom-sized, personalized, made-to-order or specially requested marble pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production or preparation has started, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
3. Natural stone variation
Marble and travertine are natural materials. Differences in veining, tone, mineral marks, pores and surface movement are part of the stone character and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative of the stone style, but each piece may vary.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@custommarblesink.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and product damage, and keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.
5. Return shipping
Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured service suitable for heavy stone goods. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties and any additional handling charges are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
7. Non-returnable items
Installed, used, modified, sealed, cut, damaged after delivery, custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
8. How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at info@custommarblesink.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
