Is the brass stand included in the listed price?
No. The listed product price is for the marble sink only. Brass legs, metal stands and faucets shown in photos are optional accessories and are quoted separately before production or shipment.
Will my marble sink look exactly like the photos?
Natural marble varies in veining, shade, mineral marks and movement. Product photos represent the stone style, but each piece has its own character.
Which stone options are available?
Our collection can include Calacatta Viola Gold, Calacatta Gold, Lilac marble, Nero Marquina (Black), Verde Green and other natural stone options depending on slab availability.
How are marble sinks packaged?
Each stone piece is inspected, protected and packed with reinforced materials suitable for heavy marble goods.
What should I do if a shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect the delivery immediately. If there is damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, shipping label and product.
How should I clean a marble sink?
Use a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh acids, bleach, abrasive pads and strong chemicals because natural marble can mark or dull.
Are custom orders returnable?
Custom-sized, personalized or made-to-order pieces are generally final sale once production or preparation has started, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
